Client Service Specialist

 Working directly with customers and associates to solve problems and provide superior customer service, this position will coordinate all aspects of required commercial loan documentation including drafting credit approval documentation, document requests, reviewing, closing, and working with Loan Operations to ensure proper documentation and maintenance of new and renewal loans while adhering to compliance guidelines and loan policy.  Ensure completeness, consistency and accuracy of documentation.  Working in a very fast paced environment, needs to be able to prioritize and multitask efficiently.

 Requires one to three years of administrative or executive assistant experience; or a combination of education and experience.  Preferred experience includes administrative experience and loan documentation knowledge. 

 

Customer Service Representative II

 This position is responsible forsales and service activities, including processing transactions and opening new accounts efficiently, professionally, and accurately, maintains the Bank’s high quality standards and provides a high level of customer service, identifies customer needs, promotes bank products and services, and supports efforts for proactive activities that develop new business.

 Requires a high school diploma and one to three years of related experience, cash handling and computer skills.
