William A. Raaths

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Raaths is Chairman of the Board of Great Northern Corporation and a Director of United Paper Corporation. He is also actively involved with numerous non-profit organizations in the Fox Valley.

Mr. Raaths also serves on First National Bank ~ Fox Valley’s Compensation Committee.

Omar Atassi, MD

Director

Dr. Atassi is a partner with Urology Associates of Wisconsin, S.C. He is also a member of ThedaCare Board of Trustees, and Theda Clark Foundation Board of Directors.

Dr. Atassi serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee at First National Bank ~ Fox Valley.

Tim M. Bergstrom

Director

Mr. Bergstrom is the Chief Operating Officer of Bergstrom Automotive. Additionally, he is active in numerous non-profit organizations throughout the Valley.

Mr. Bergstrom serves on the First National Bank ~ Fox Valley’s Compensation Committee

Robert D. Bero

Director

Mr. Bero is a business consultant to manufacturing firms. He is also involved in area non profit organizations.

Mr. Bero serves on First National Bank ~ Fox Valley’s Loan, Audit and Compensation Committees.

Robert D. Coglianese

Director

Mr. Coglianese is Chief Operating Officer of Blended Waxes, Inc. He also serves on the board of numerous non-profit organizations throughout the valley.

Mr. Coglianese serves on the First National Bank ~ Fox Valley’s Audit Committee

Marianne K. Dickson

Director

Ms. Dickson is the owner of Ideal Manufacturing Services Inc. She is also involved in several non-profit organizations in the Milwaukee area.

Ms. Dickson serves on the Loan Committee at First National Bank ~ Fox Valley.

Robert Dusenberry

Director

Mr. Dusenberry is retired manager of JC Penny Company. He is currently a board member of Network Health Care, serves on St. Elizabeth's Finance Committee and as St. Elizabeth's Foundation Ambassador.

Mr. Dusenberry serves on First National Bank ~ Fox Valley’s Loan Committee.

Gerald A. Henseler

Director

Mr. Henseler is retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Banta Corporation; he has been a member of Banta Corporation Board of Directors for 21 years.

Mr. Henseler is chairman of the First National Bank ~ Fox Valley’s Audit Committee and serves on the Loan Committee.

Dustin McClone

Director

Mr. McClone is a Vice President with McClone Insurance Group, where he works with employers to streamline all aspects of their benefits area.

Mr. McClone currently chairs the steering committee for the Fox Cities United Way Emerging Leaders program.

Peter Prickett

Director

Mr. Prickett is the president and CEO of First National Bank ~ Fox Valley. He is on the Board of Directors for Clarity Care, and is involved with numerous civic organizations in the community including the Oshkosh Boys and Girls Club.

Mr. Prickett is Chairman and President of our bank's holding company – First Menasha Bancshares, Inc.

Thomas Prosser

Director

Mr. Prosser is retired Chairman of the Board of Menasha Corporation. He also serves as a Director for Plexus Corporation and other private corporations. 

Mr. Prosser serves on First National Bank ~ Fox Valley’s Loan Committee.

Pierce Smith

Director

Mr. Smith is a consultant with Accenture in the Systems Integration group. In his role with Accenture, he has performed various roles with telecommunications clients including process improvement, data analysis and systems implementation.
