Here’s how the UChoose® Rewards Program works.

• If you already have our debit or credit card, click on www.uchooserewards.com to enter your 16-digit debit card number and set up a user name.
• Reward points will accumulate prior to establishing your user name.
• Reward points are accumulated on the account level, so for a joint account with two debit cards, qualifying points will automatically be pooled. Also, customers can add additional accounts (for which they are authorized) under the "Profile" tab of their online UChoose Rewards® account.
• Receive bonus points when you use your card to shop selected retailers on www.uchooserewards.com.
• Reward points as a result of Platinum Credit Card purchases will automatically be pooled with the debit card and added to the total by the fifth business day of the month after the purchases were made.
• A debit card is required to participate in UChoose Rewards® Program.
• ATM withdrawals and purchases made using a PIN (POS purchases) are not eligible.
• Program is available for retail and commercial cards. However, points cannot be pooled from both retail and commercial accounts into one.
• Reward points accumulate for up to 5 years, minimum of 1,000 points required to redeem merchandise.
• The UChoose Rewards® Program is not available on Health Saving Account Debit Card.
