Where are you located?
We have five locations to help make your banking experience more convenient:
- Appleton East: 3111 E. Calumet Street
- Appleton North: 835 W. Northland Avenue
- Menasha: 320 Racine Street
- Neenah: 550 S. Green Bay Road
- Oshkosh: 400 N. Koeller Street
All branch lobbies are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and all drive thru hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. The Neenah location's lobby and drive thru are open from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Oshkosh's drive thru is open from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Menasha, Appleton East and Appleton North are closed on Saturdays.
Who should I call if my debit card, ATM card or credit card is lost or stolen?
Please call 920.729.6900 once you realize your card has been lost or stolen. If you call after hours or on the weekend, you will be transferred to an appropriate party to report the lost or stolen card. Call 1.888.750.3155 for an automated assistance.
What kind of banking services do you offer?
We offer a diverse selection of banking services for both personal and business needs, as well as providing mortgage solutions for your home. From deposit accounts like our FNB Rewards checking and savings, to mortgage and consumer loans, to treasury management and online banking services, we have everything you need to succeed with your personal or business finances.

Are your online and mobile banking services secure?
Yes, all of our online banking services are safe and secure. Our multiple levels of security are up to the highest industry standards to ensure your account information is safe at all times.
How do I sign up for eStatements?
Sign into your online banking account and accept the prompt that asks if you'd like to enroll in eStatements or select Profile, Electronic Statements.
What if I dismissed the prompt for eStatements, but now want to enroll?
If you accidentally dismissed the prompt asking you to sign up to receive eStatements, or if you selected "Ask Me Later", but decided you'd like to enroll, simply select "Profile, Electronic Statements" within Online Banking or contact our Customer Care Center at 920.729.6900 or email@example.com for the prompt to be turned back on.
What if I'm locked out of my online banking account?
If you are locked out of your online banking account, contact the Customer Care Center at 920.729.6900 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to unlock your account.
How do I notify FNB that my address has changed?
If your address is changing, please contact FNB Fox Valley’s Customer Care Center at 920.729.6900. You can also complete our Change of Address form and return it to any FNB Fox Valley location.
How do I open a personal checking account?
Can I cash a check that’s not drawn on FNB Fox Valley?
We will review the check prior to cashing it if you have an account with us. Since there is a certain level of risk associated with this process, the available balance of your account should be higher than the check amount.
Do I have to notify FNB if I'm going on vacation?
It is recommended that you notify FNB Fox Valley of your travel dates and location to ensure any debit card usage is not flagged as being fraudulent. Read more financial travel tips here.
